So I committed to start the Body After Baby Project with @karmapearl over at Hope Springs Eternal. FOUR weeks ago. Since then, I haven't done a dang thing about it. I'm giving myself a break since I really, legitimately was swamped with school work. But now, in the 4 weeks of summer that I have, I'm going to go all out.
I'm always, always, saying this, but this time I'm doing a REAL 30 Day Shred. No days off, no "Oh, E was fussy today..." Nope. Not playing that game anymore. If I have to do it at 6 pm when my mom gets home from work so she can watch E, that's what will happen. If I have to do it in my little brother's room while E naps, I'll do that too. No excuses.
I did way too much stress eating over summer semester. I'm pretty sure I've gained some weight back. I'm too scared to weigh myself, so I'm not sure ;). But I feel gross. And I do not want to feel like this. Ew.
So it starts today! Body After Baby: Summer Edition!
I'm with ya, girlfriend! I just started the Southbeach Diet. I'm only on day 1. I have 8 lbs to lose...doesn't seem like a lot, but I'll feel better if my clothes fit like they used to! You can do it this time!
